Returns
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

Refund Eligibility

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they enter processing.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Shipping
Where a return has been approved, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused or returned due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to collect the parcel, or refusal to pay any applicable local charges, any shipping, handling, storage, or return costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
